Shareholder OBC - amazing turn around time!!

Sent in my request via email at 11:28 am Wednesday and received confirmation on Thursday at 11:42 am that my $100 OBC was applied to my account.

Way to go Carnival!!!!

I have to agree,  sharholder credit came in quickly for my November cruise.  I didnt think I would get anything since it was a "free"  cruise from a 3rd party.   I did upgrade the room  so that could be why.

Agreed, they've gotten much faster. I sent my request in on the 19th and received a response the next day:

 

 

To be honest, I thought it was going to be denied since we're booked on a casino offer with drinks, OBC, and a reduced rate on the balcony.

Yep, they all seem to be applying shareholder credits real fast, this year I've done Carnival, RCL and NCl, and had my credits applied within a day or two

Yep I did both Carnival and Holland America and received notification of the credit within 1 or 2 days.

lol, my shareholder credit was denied this week because I had used an image from my cruise earlier this year and it was beyond the date. I think he said it needed show a date withhin 60 days of sailing.

 

Thankfully was easy enough to generate new images from my investment account and sent those off. Took about a day to hear back.
