Question about current sale/Elite

Are they honoring the Elite discount on top of the current sale prices for dining & wifi packages?

The terms and conditions for the sale make it clear that the Captains Club discount cannot be stacked onto of the discounts from the Flash Sale.  Many have tried (including myself)--which sometimes involved talking to a supervisor--and I know of only one person who succeeded.
