Moved cruise what happens to obc

So had to move a cruise and have just used the fcc. With the original booking we had obc. What happens to that?

We lost our OBC on all cruises cancelled via the pandemic, when I used the FCC I was given the benefits applicable at booking for the new cruises (which were far less)

Yes I lost the benefits of the old booking but got the benefits of the new one

Ah ok is that what happens? I applied the fcc to an existing booking.

Using FCC is no different to making any other form of payment and has no effect on your "perks"

 

However - IF you have moved from one cruise on a given date to another cruise on another date - the extras from the first date (in this case OBC) would be lost and extras applicable at the time of booking the new/moved date of your cruise would apply.
