Best breakfast near cruise port in Vancouver?

There is a lovely small restaurant just across the street from the Auberge.  The front desk employees at the Auberge recommended it when we were checking in last September.  While I can remember the interior unfortunately unfortunately I don't remember the actual name.  Argh ......

Best breakfast in the city remains Medina IMO - who take resos so at least you no longer need to decide whether they are 'wait over an hour for a two-top' better than the next-best options!

@Northern AuroraI am 95% certain you mean Palate Kitchen (resto spinoff from local coffee roasters Pallet, with a very classy pun name shift!) - can't say I've dined there yet, but their own-brand coffee is good!

De Dutch!  Will be there next Wednesday.

We make a stop at De Dutch everytime that we cruise out of Vancouver.  We drop off our luggage and head over behind the convention center.  It's a nice breakfast, and we enjoy the view of the seaplane base.  It's easier to be patient in the security and check-in lines after a good breakfast.
