BunnieGirl Posted June 16, 2023 #1 Share Posted June 16, 2023 Hi, We will be cruising in and out of Boston in August. We have a late flight after the cruise and would like to take a tour but will have luggage to deal with. Any suggestions? We thought about taking a cruise tour that drops us at the airport after but we will still have about 6 hours to wait until our flight. Thanks! In this situation I will typically go to a nice hotel for lunch or drinks and just check the bags for the day with the bell desk. A nice tip and you are usually all set. cruiserking Posted June 18, 2023 #3 Share Posted June 18, 2023 I would suggest catching a cab to South Street Station and storing your luggage with this service: https://luggagehero.com/boston/south-station/. Afterward you can take a short walk to the North End the Italian section, it's like going through a vortex and ending up in Italy. Lots of character, many terrific restaurants and pastry shops particularly Modern Pastry. The Aquarium is near there and Faneuill Hall Market Place filled with dozens of shops, food halls and places to grab a bite. After you've strolled around for a bit collect your luggage at the train station and head to Logan airport which is quite close by cab. everbeentoseabilly Posted July 11, 2023 #4 Share Posted July 11, 2023 We hired tours by locals a few years back. Saw so much! Made sure car could hold luggage
