IMO, they don't have sales. Only different promotions that offer the same price.

Was that a casino offer? I've never seen that offer from rcl. Some tas offer to pay them for you, but rcl no.

Since 2021 they really cut back hard on "sales". No more BOGO deals. Right now, they're running 30% off per person.
