Please suggest the best person to send a letter of praise to about a recent cruise.  i would appreciate 2 or 3 names

I assume you said good words about it and/or them in the survey you received after your cruise.  That's the most important thing.

 

Additionally, I'd send an old-fashioned letter straight to Johnny in Santa Clarita.  I'm too lazy to find the address, sorry.  Mr. Padgett is several levels above the people you want to praise, but that's the point.  His staff will direct your praise to where it's most deserved or appreciated.

In the past we would mail our letters to Siebaldi.  However, he was fired last year and the position was vacant for some time.  Recently, we have been mailing our letters to Padgett at the corporate office.  They have responded with a letter in kind.

They have gone thru so many changes since the restart that I gave up trying to keep up with the musical chairs.  Hence, we send letters directly to JP.  🙂

 

I should add that we know for sure that the crew members and their superiors onboard have received copies of our letters and that it has helped them with assignments, promotions and even free excursions.
