windsurferfirst Posted July 2, 2023 #1 Share Posted July 2, 2023 I have received an email inviting us to bid for an upgrade. This will be my first sailing with Cunard so not familiar with how this all works. Does anyone have experience of a bid being accepted? We are in a Britannia balcony and would be interested in bidding on a Britannia club balcony. I wouldn't want to spend crazy money on it but feel like putting in a checky offer to see if I am lucky. Also. Could anyone help me out with my Cunard account. We have a booking for this September and we recently booked a second cruise for next September. Do I really have to log into each booking separately of am I missing the link on my account to skip from one to the other. Thanks for reading
Host Hattie Posted July 2, 2023 #2 Share Posted July 2, 2023 This previous thread might help You're not missing a link, you have to log into cruises one at a time.
bluemarble Posted July 2, 2023 #3 Share Posted July 2, 2023 Here's an earlier thread discussing the new bidding process. And here's a link to Cunard's page about it. https://www.cunard.com/en-gb/stateroom-upgrade To answer your second question, yes you do have to log in separately to My Cunard to retrieve each of your bookings one at a time using their individual booking reference numbers. There is no single login to your account where you can see all your bookings in one place.

Winifred 22 Posted July 2, 2023 #6 Share Posted July 2, 2023 They set a minimum amount you can bid for each level of upgrade you may want. Bids are per person .
