Britannia standard balcony connecting doors

Can anyone please advise if the doors between balconies on Britannia can be opened (and left opened) if you're travelling as a group with cabins next to each other?

From the videos I've seen, and with how narrow the balconies are, I can't seem to tell.

Usually yes (on some they can’t due to the structure of the ship in certain areas) but be aware that in some cases this can result in the balcony divider partially obstructing your outlook through the ‘fixed’ panel of the balcony doors. Your cabin steward will do this for you.

Dividers that separate the fire zones cannot be opened. Moving from say a 1xx cabin to a 2xx cabin.

Also there is a limit to the number that can be opened on any specific deck area.

So the cabin steward will need permission from his manager, but can generally sort.
