Trying to book specialty dining for our August 26th cruise but the only option is Sabattini's. I am assuming this means the Crown Grill is fully booked. Will reservations become available closer to the cruise date?

Typically some reservations are held back from online booking for onboard booking.

 

Check the website often, and if that fails, your best bet will be to book as soon as you get on the ship.

You will be able to make a reservation directly at that time
