Military booking for 21 year old

Hi All

 

We're trying to get a head start on weighing our options before calling so thought you all may have some input.

 

I understand that someone in the military is allowed to bypass the must be 25 rule and book under 25.  My kids and their friends want to book a cruise, there are 6 total.  They are all 21.  Two of them are in the military.  If the two military kids each book a room with 2 non-military kids, will that work?  I am trying to avoid going as a chaperone if possible.  Thank you!

The over 25 rule is only if there is a guest in the cabin under 21.  If all are 21, they could each book on their own.  EM
