Does the internet package available with free at sea deal work fine for just surfing the net and it can’t be used for video or google meet?

It's pretty slow, they have other options but I would not rely on the WiFi for account beyond surfing and apps.

The included internet does not include streaming. It is satellite internet shared by a few thousand of your new shipmates. It is painfully slow.

The package is for 150 minutes (at least it was for my cruise on the Joy last week).  It's good for checking email and browsing the web but not good for streaming.  As other have said, it's pretty slow.
