MCO to Port Cananveral ... transportation to hotel, HOTEL recommendations, transportation to Port

Need recommendations.  Found OrlandoShuttleService.com for trip from MCO to Port Canaveral area.  Need hotel suggestions at Port.  Would prefer one that offers breakfast AND transportation to Port day of cruise.

We stayed at Country Inn & Suites the night prior to our cruise in May. They had the typical hotel breakfast and also had a shuttle (for a few dollars) to the port.

We stayed at the Hyatt right in the Orlando airport. The hotel lobby is just upstairs from baggage claim so it is very easy. The next day we used Cortrans Shuttle to get to Port Canaveral. After the cruise we used Cortrans again to get to MCO. 
It was all easy and convenient.

We were just there a couple of weeks ago and Country Inn & Suites no longer has the big shuttle service to the port.  They said they will only shuttle about 20 people now and it is on a first come first serve basis, so you can’t even sign up until you check in.

 

The huge gravel parking lot they used to use to park cars for all the people doing the shuttle was completely empty….it was weird.

We've used Cruise Control for our transportation and stayed at Home2Suites.

In May, there were 2 small busses (vans??) and they ran loops starting at 10:00am. I was able to sign up about a week before.
Hopefully, they find what works for them and can continue providing the service because we would definitely stay there again. ⚓️
