Rare NMTraveller Posted July 20, 2023 #1 Share Posted July 20, 2023 I was just wondering if there are any special restaurants on the Millenium that you can go to during lunch and skip the MDR?
RichYak Posted July 20, 2023 #2 Share Posted July 20, 2023 Sushi on 5 is usually open for lunch. Tuscan Grill might have an occasional lunch like a seafood lunch.

The MDR will only be open for lunch on Sea days. On port days it is never open. sushi is one possible option for lunch. It isn’t always open on every day of every cruise, so check their schedule On some cruises, on one of the sea days there may be a special lunch in Tuscan.
Rare NMTraveller Posted July 20, 2023 Author #4 Share Posted July 20, 2023 (edited) OK. I looked at the cruise planner and Sushi on 5 is showing as being open every day for lunch. I am not seeing lunch at Tuscan, but the schedule is only for the first 7 days. I would assume that you do not make reservations for Sushi on 5 for lunch? What about Tuscan for lunch? Is there much difference between Sushi on 5 for lunch and dinner? I am thinking that I cancel my dinner reservation there and go for lunch several days... Rare tigervixxxen Posted July 20, 2023 #5 Share Posted July 20, 2023 I don’t think there is a difference at Sushi between lunch or dinner. Also, my cruise is showing a Murano lunch on one of the days so that could pop up too or maybe only on longer cruises.

Tuscan is not open for lunch. They may have a special lunch event there. If there is one, you would find it in the app in the same place that the Chef's Table dinner is listed. 10 hours ago, NMTraveller said: Is there much difference between Sushi on 5 for lunch and dinner? Not likely. The menus are in the app.
