Where Does RCCL Oasis Port in Barcelona?

It has been a while and although we have embarked in Barcelona we have never been there as a port stop. Where is the pier in relationship to the base of Las Ramblas and is there usually a shuttle? For our cruise we start on a Thursday in Rome but passengers disembark on Sunday in Barcelona. I’m guessing it would be difficult getting a taxi since many passengers are headed to the airport or hotels…….while others like us are heading out to sightsee. Appreciate your advice. Thanks

This map shows the port shuttle stops.    I am not so sure how convenient  it would be - you would probably save a few euro from the ship shuttle (which there must be) but it will be a bit of a long winded journey.

Taxis are however plentiful in Barcelona and on a Sunday morning if you wait for the rush to die down (but not sure what time the rush is, ? around 8 - 8.30  am) people will be coming in taxis to board and so the drivers will be happy to pick up passengers to take back into town to wherever you are headed.

A cruise ship shuttle would probably follow the same route as the Blue Bus, although it might go to someplace like Placa Catalunya. From the WTC you go past the Columbus statue to get to Las Ramblas, maybe a 5-minute walk. Drassanes Metro is at the base of Las Ramblas, marked on the map. I assume you will have euros from your time in Rome.

Read the thread about pickpockets. That area is particularly bad when cruise passengers are there.
