What's the easiest way to sync up my Captain's Club points with my spouse's?

I finally got around to calling Celebrity. Oddly, they showed her with 199 more points than the website was showing and already at Elite Plus. But I gave her the missing crews, and she offered to fix the Power Up points, so all will be good.

 

I do not understand why their computer showed a different point level than I see when logging into her account.
