What's the easiest way to sync up my Captain's Club points with my spouse's?

I finally just hit Elite Plus, but noticed that my wife is over 200 points behind me and stuck at Elite. I downloaded the cruise history dating back to 2014 from the Celebrity website and see that she has one cruise missing, presumably the TA neglected to put her CC number in the reservation. But it seems like there are also some points missing from cruises that aren't showing on the site (presumably prior to the point change, but I do have a list of courses, although I'd need to get th exact dates). What is the easiest way to get Celebrity to fix this? We've been on the same cruises and did the same Power Up activities, so they should be identical (she's missing 6 points there, not a big deal since it won't affect her being E+ and we're not getting to Zenith in our lifetime). If I call, will they be able to fix it without the lengthy check of each sailing, and if so, am I better off just emailing their customer service address and get someone to fix it without my being on the phone?

Obviously, we should have noticed this sooner, but we didn't, so that is not a useful answer. I will suggest that others out there compare your point totals with your spouse's to make sure that you also don't run into this.

The other option is to do nothing, but would my wife get Elite Plus benefits such as Cafe al Bacio as a result of being on the same booking as me? And she really does want her account updated.

Call Captain’s Club, with both membership numbers at hand.  They’ll link the accounts and you’ll be set.  Or, if you’re on board, the Captain’s Club host Can take care of it.

I agree with others that a call to the Captain's Club is the way to start.  Definitely understand why you want to fix this error.  But in reality there is very little gained in going from E to E+ unfortunately.  Even the Cafe al Bacio benefit is not important if you even have a Classic drink package.

If you can't get the points for the past cruises, Celebrity also has a program that gives spouses the same status as long as their sailing together. I had cruised on Celebrity a few times before I met my husband, so after we booked our upcoming cruise I called the Captain's Club number and asked for him to get the partner match. Basically, anyone two people living at the same address can share the higher person's status.  He's never been on a Celebrity Ship, but his boarding pass for next month's cruise already lists him as Elite.

I booked my next two cruises without all-included and do not plan to buy the drink package (I would never pay for it separately). Most of our drink activity on the ship is at Cafe al Bacio. Maybe one alcoholic beverage per day for each of us. But yeah, basically that and the extra bag of laundry per person (which could also come in handy since we have three weeks of cruises booked B2B).

To get missing cruise points added I believe you have to provide some sort of proof you sailed.   A seapass card, dated photo on the ship, folio etc.

Given that they can find that information on my account, I'd think that they would be able to get the information and confirm that my wife was also on the reservation. It would be a different story if it weren't on either account.

Depending on the AI pricing, the Al Bacio benefit is worth a financial calculation based on how much you drink. After our next cruise, we go Elite+ and I am going to book a dirt cheap rate and pay as I go to see what we really spend after utilizing the Elite breakfast, Free Al Bacio Coffee and Happy hour. I'm pretty sure we will save a few bucks.

I did the math, and it wasn't going to worth it to us at ~$800pp per cruise. We can make do sharing a single Wi-Fi package, and I'm going to have plenty of non-refundable OBC to cover that and gratuities (yes, I know I can cash it out through the casino if necessary). That we can still go to Cafe al Bacio whenever we want for coffee and tea (and canned water) for free makes not having the drink package far more palatable.

Your statement about two people living at the same address caught my eye.  My son (now 20 y.o.) has his own CC number and has sailed three or four times with us (he has special needs so sails in our cabin with us).  Do you happen to know if the third person in the cabin also receives our same benefits when we are at a higher status than he is?   I have seen reference to a partner in the same house being status matched before, but don't recall ever seeing anything about a young adult child living at the same home address and in the same cabin receiving this status match also??  If you or anyone else happens to have any insight it would be appreciated....thank you 🙂

So I found my complete cruise history on the Celebrity website, and it appears that my wife is only missing one cruise (35 points), and I found the points history, and she is missing six Power Up points. Yet she is short over 200 CC points compared to my account (and my number is correct). So it seems like they either messed up her conversion a decade ago (which I think I would have noticed) or else their system screwed up in keeping track of the points. I have not called them, but I will tomorrow now that I better understand the situation.

1-800-760-0654. No matter her actual cruise points or PUPs she should be the same CC tier level as you by relationship. I agree her cruise points should reflect all her cruises and PUPs.

No, it's not about who sails in the same cabin but partners. In the past, it was said that Celebrity requires these "partners" to be married, but that's probably outdated at this point!?

Only one person in your household can share status. If you become single again then the other person can move to this position. Your son can attend events with you but no  other perks.. no happy hour drinks, no laundry , no wifi , no cafe bacio

My wife and have always sailed together, but I have more points than her because of power up points. She doesn’t always complete the tasks. I remind her, but she gets sidetracked and forgets. So now I’m about 20 points ahead of her.

Not uncommon for one to have more CC points than the other. As long as the tier levels match that's what counts. I do all the PUP activity's and we both get the PUPs.

most times for videos, they allow you to enter multiple CC numbers at the end of the activity. If it's a simple survey, Ib just page back and enter my wife's CC number and resubmit.

Same here plus I had one more cruise. Suddenly in December his points matched mine!
