Apex Luminae Question

I have read here that on other ships you can order offerings from the MDR in Luminae.  On Apex's Luminae, does the same apply to all of the restaurants?  Can we order from the four complimentary main restaurants (Tuscan, Normandie, etc.)?

Because the MDRs are so far from Luminae on Edge class ships you typically cannot order from one of them.

You can get the timeless items in Luminae.  French Onion soup, shrimp cocktail, Cesar salad, salmon, chicken, and NY sirloin were available.
