Right not maintaining life-saving equipment is totally unimportant compared to an overflowing garbage bin. Sure it is disgusting that passenger areas are skipped but I don't even think hotel staff are cleaning lifeboats that is an area for the ship's deck and engineering departments who aren't the ones emptying trash bins or probably even allowed to. 

If they bin was empty, they would then complain about the lifeboat maintenance.
