How long is dinner?

You'll make it. DCL is very good at scheduling activities around dining times.

You'll make it but I would eat light and tell your waiter that you have a 10pm tasting.

Yeah, shouldn't be a problem.  That being said, I agree that telling the waiter you have a 10:00 pm activity is an excellent idea.

Yep - just let your service team know and they will make sure you are out. Just disembarked yesterday and had 8:15 dining and made our 10:00 tasting with no problem. And we were a table of 10 so dinner always took a little longer for us than most around us.
