Where can I find the information on Carnivals trip insurance?

I booked over a year ahead for two B2B. We have learned of a family members health could make us have to cancel one or both trips, so I am trying to find information on the insurance that we could get our money back. Thank you for any information.

Sorry. I was not able open it on my phone but can read it from desktop. It is not clear if we would get money back if it's the illness or dead of family member not going on the cruise.

Open up the policy for your particular state and search for non-traveling

Policy mentions being paid in full, I THINK, based on Final Payment Due Date. How does it work if you paid in full prior to the final payment due date?

Carnival’s travel protection plan excludes pre-existing conditions. Any waiver that you might have gotten requires purchase of the policy in a narrowly defined time window. It is not likely that you can buy any insurance now that will cover a known condition.

I was able to speak directly with the agent and in my state it will do what we need it to if the passing is close the cruise date.
