How to mark (request) no room upgrade?

Sorry, but the search button only mentions upgrades about packages and biddings.  The last time we cruised Princess was in 2017.  When booking, you could choose no upgrade or upgrade  only to higher category type room.  I cannot find this on Princess' website.  Help!  THank you

There used to be a box to check within your cruise profile to do this but that was removed (reason unknown, by me anyway) some time ago.

Yes, I have been looking for that freaking check box like crazy.  I feel better knowing that I am not losing it.
