Venezia Karaoke Rooms still a thing?

Watching an overview of the ship trying to decide if it is for us and they mention karaoke rooms that were built when the ship was supposed to cater to Chinese passengers. Do they still use these now that is a US Carnival ship? If they don't what is the space used for now instead?

I don’t know what they did with original karaoke rooms.  On the Venezia TA they were using the Terrazza bar area in the evenings for karaoke.

Only enough room for two 'performers' on stage at a time, while the rest of the audience watches and cheers😉.

They do not have the karaoke booths. I believe they were up past where the tween/teen clubs are, so it is kind of a hidden area, and I don’t believe it’s any type of public space now. (Yes, just looked at the floor plans, and the area is gray crew-only.) They did karaoke at scheduled times in the Carnivale lounge.

Our cabin was in this area and it looked like they converted the karaoke rooms to storage. There are two nice public bathrooms that are still open. The rest is hallway to the two teen clubs. 

 

I kind of wish they would have kept them as karaoke booths would have been fun!
