Koningsdam Cabin 8195

We have Koningsdam 8195 booked for AK next year, we spend a lot of time on the balcony. Has anyone who has stayed in this cabin experienced noise from deck above (chairs scrapping, loud talking) or, cigarette smoke wafting down? Any insight is most appreciated. Would you book this cabin again? Thank you

While you are beneath the smoking side of the Seaview pool and bar, I suspect the deep overhang protects you, at least if the ship is moving. Any cabin under a pool deck can experience the chairs being moved around, sometimes in the middle of the night when deck is 'swabbed down'.
