Party Trays from Fun Shops

Hey all! I have a lot of OBC burning a hole in my pocket for our upcoming October cruise! 🙂 I've already pre-purchased our wi-fi, a salon service, booked a couple specialty dining venues, pre-paid gratuities and still have quite a bit left! Hubby doesn't drink and I won't be drinking a ton on this cruise so won't be needing to save a lot of it for drinks.

I was perusing the Fun Shops looking to see if anything caught my eye. I was thinking about maybe having a small party tray sent to our cabin a couple evenings during the cruise - have it as a little appetizer snack while getting ready for dinner. We have late assigned dining, so thought that may be nice to have to bridge the gap esp. for our 9 year old daughter (who's always STARVING right before dinner! LOL)

Just looking for feedback from anyone who has gotten these trays delivered before. I am specifically looking at the Sushi Tray, Dessert & Petit Fours Tray, and the Canape Trays. Probably won't get all of them...but thought I might do one tray on two different evenings. For those who have gotten these delivered to their cabins, how was the quality, serving size (thinking the small trays, should be enough for 3 of us), was delivery prompt at the scheduled time, etc.?

I am not able to provide feedback on any of the snack trays, but just wanted to remind you that once onboard you can buy gift cards w/OBC and use later during another cruise.

Safe travels  - enjoy your cruise!

Thanks for the reminder! But I'll probably still spend all or most of this OBC on this cruise. Don't have anything else booked right now and my current offers also come with a lot of OBC as well! LOL

Nice job on getting that OBC!

I see you listed salon service as something you've already booked, but you might also look at booking a special Mother-Daughter service or maybe something just for your daughter like her hair or nails for dressy night - certainly something she'd remember as a special time.

The snack trays seem to be a great option. As well as breakfast or dinner on your balcony.

Safe travels  - enjoy your cruise!

Thank you! I plan on taking her to the salon with me to get her hair done while I'm getting mine done on formal night. But the website says under 18 years old have to been booked onboard at the salon in person. Plus it doesn't show the same time as my appointment available. When my best friend and I got our hair done on our last cruise, we couldn't book the same time on line either. But they were able to move our appointments around once onboard so we could go at the same time!

You also don't have to spend it.  You can go to the casino, pull the OBC balance down to a slot machine, spin a couple of times, then cash out.

I was not aware of this. Where do they sell gift cards?
