Suite Laundry Benefits

I know you can send laundry away as part of the suite benefits.  I have heard you can also get the tokens for free if you want to do your own laundry.  However, do they also provide detergent and/or fabric softener in that scenario?

Yes.the tokens are also used to purchase the products in the laundry room. You can get free tokens from the concierge lounge or your room steward on Royal class ships........not sur ehow this is handled on other class ships. Easy to bring your own pods and laundry sheets as well

I have noticed on several cruises that the machines and tokens work well in the first few days and then there is a shortage of supplies and tokens that work FWIW

Good to know!  I prefer to wash myself but I guess could fall back on the send away laundry if needed.  thanks again for your help!
