Ships tour question in Halifax

Has anyone taken the Halifax Scenic Hop on hop off double decker bus with express passes included to the Maritime Museum and the Citadel? The description of the tour was a bit confusing. Thanks for any feedback!

I am not at all familiar with this, but it seems like a nice option. I recall that the Maritime Museum entrance fee, without a tour, was around $14C. Presumably you would get off the bus at each of those destinations, and rejoin at your convenience. I imagine you could fill a number of hours overall.  What is in the description that is confusing?
