NoShoes2 Posted September 26, 2023 #26 Share Posted September 26, 2023 We've been in a connecting room once. We did hear a baby crying off and on during the cruise... fortunately it was our grandson... haha But seriously, if you have noisy neighbors you will have noise connecting room or not. After a full day of fun I'm usually out pretty quickly and sleep pretty soundly.
Rare cruiselvr04 Posted September 26, 2023 #27 Share Posted September 26, 2023 While they aren’t my first choice we have had them and haven’t had any issues. Noisy balcony neighbors are worse. One problem on some ships is where the connecting door is located. Sometimes it means a loveseat instead of a couch or a chair instead of a love seat. If that’s all there’s left to book I will google a video of the type of cabin so I can see the lay out in the room. Noise really hasn’t been an issue.

Noisy balcony neighbors are worse. I 100% agree with this. Noisy balcony neighbors and smoking on the balcony neighbors drive me bonkers. I try to open my door as quietly as possible and speak softly when we're out on the balcony. I try to be considerate of my neighbors.
