Problem reserving specialty dining

I have tried to schedule specialty dining using the app. I can choose a restaurant but after I confirm the reservation does not show up as booked. Am I doing something wrong?

You're using the app. Wait until you are on the ship.

I was able to book mine when dining times became available.  I did have to put in my credit card info.   You may not get the times or days if you wait till you get on the ship

I had same problem with app this week.  I used the web version on princess.com and it worked.

Just did the same a few minutes ago. Not only did it work, but there were also A LOT more time slots available on the web version than the app for some reason

Web version works a LOT better (at least in my opinion.) I *always* book via the web version.

How/where?- it says to go to the medallion to book?

Also having an issue - I've been checking the app periodically since late August for a November cruise, and the only specialty dining options have been Sabbatini and Crown Grill. Not seeing a way to check on the web either - or is everything else really full already?

 

First cruise, so I just might be not understanding how this all works

you first did have to click web version to get to the personalizer.....

I had a hard time with it, though.

I kept trying to make the reservations for a February cruise. Clicked on it, but it kept bringing up a cruise booked for 2025. Finally got it to work. A glitch in their system, I’m sure. Oh what a suprise. Lol

Perhaps because they created the web version begrudgingly and IT decided to hide it because they were embarrassed over the crap product they had implemented.
