Blue Chip and Length Cruise ?

Hello,

I have a question, correct me if I am wrong, but blue chip casino/comp cruises are determined by the last cruise taken, therefore my question, if I take a 4/5 night cruise they will base my next offer on this cruise which means less days will give me less points in the casino, wouldn't that be stupid for me to take and is it best to just take a week long cruise to ensure I get maximum points to continue the blue chip deals?  Or do they have a different type of calculation for blue chip offers when taking shorter cruises?
