Couple questions.   Can a women wear a nice top and pants on regular nights in the dining room?  16966900743828192976640416513327.thumb.jpg.f700386e4cb480baa8c263d1425d801d.jpgAlso, on the black and white Gala night, can I wear a fancy black and silver pant outfit? See picture .  It's all sparkly.  Thank you.

Can spandex leggings be worn with a dressy top at night when it's not Gala nights?

Bearing in mind that we've not seen a photo of the spandex leggings; I really don't see why not.

Do we have differing understandings of what 'leggings' are depending on where in the world we live?

I would wear leggings (spandex?*) to yoga class perhaps.

The objective answer to wearing leggings would be 'yes' but would I wear them? I would want to know the style before giving a subjective yes.

I have worn white three quarter length [gym] leggings [bought specifically for the top] under a long silk kaftan for an Indian evening onboard QV  so for me, it would depend on the length and style of the top and of course, the leggings themselves.

@dlwfarm OMG I love my spandex pants. I have actually pulled it off by wearing a really long classy tunic and nice heals. Oh, and don’t forget great jewelry. On non-gala nights - No problem.

Pants are trousers over here. Leggings are leggings and come in a variety of styles from thin ish wear for the gym, to almost jodhpurs style so without knowing the style and what would be worn with it, I wouldn't like to say an out right 'yes I would wear that'.

Language differences do make for interesting comments, as #3 proves!🙂
