We are on a cruise via the Epic in December.  I currently have 80,000pts on the NCL credit card.  Any idea how much it will cost to go from a Balcony to a Spa balcony, as well as how much it will take to get to Haven?  Thank you in advance for the help.

NCl credit card points won't do you any good in that situation, other than cashing them in for statement credit. Points are only used for upgrades inside to OV or OV to balcony.

As to cost, you'd have to do a mock booking on the website to see current prices for the cabins you are interested in booking.  Since you are past final payment, only NCL can really tell you what the upgrade cost would be.
