3:00 PM Meraviglia Boarding

Just received a text regarding documents and we have a 3:00 PM boarding for this Sunday sailing out of Brooklyn.  We have had this ever since we did check-in.  I had called MSC and got 4 different answers.  We are sailing YC and the last person at MSC said YC can board any time.  We were planning to arrive at 11:00.  I thought maybe there was a customs inspection or something.  This is not a last minute warning about something new since this time was assigned weeks ago.  Anyone have any news or advice?

YC can board any time. Also, anybody can board anytime, as the check-in times on tickets are never enforced on US sailings.

We got to the terminal in Brooklyn a little after 10 and we were in the Topsail by 10:45. This was last month. Yacht can arrive when they want.

I had a 3p boarding that replaced my 9:30a boarding that replaced my 1p boarding that replaced my 10:30 boarding and on and on, 7 different times got new boarding time and accompanying cruise documents. 

This November cruise it hasn't changed then again I haven't finished the check-in process yet...
