Room service charge clarification

Same here but our recent cruise instead of risking an unwanted fee, we had the room steward swap the mini bar for water bottles.

Just call RS line and ask. They have never charged a fee for the swap.  The stewards are so overworked on embarkation day.

In November on the Island, cabin attention said he would swapp Elite mini bar items.

In February on the Sky, the cabin attendant said to call room service to swap Elite mini bar items..

This past March on the discovery our cabin attendant was busy on embarkation day so we left a note on the desk listing the items to be exchanged and he took care of it on day 2.
