Celebrity Select Dining Question

Hello all. We are sailing on the Beyond in Nov. I picked the Select Dining for 6pm. I now see there are four main dining restaurants to choose from however, the website will not allow me to pick any. I am very confused. I have an email verifying my 6pm reservations. I read online you can pre-select your restaurant but the button will not activate to choose them.  What am I doing wrong?

If your booking shows a. 6 pm time then you are in the system with traditional early dining and that is why you can’t make reservations. 
 

In reality there is no early or late set dining on the Beyond, that changed about a year ago. The dining system is set up for the S and M class ships which do have set dining.

 

You can call and change the dining but by now it is likely the only reservation times available for pre booking are 8:30.  

HOWEVER they do not pre book book all of the available tables, about 50% are held back for walk up traffic.  You can pick a restaurant and go when you are ready.  You can order the same menu items from all 4 restaurants.  If you go to one and there is a wait ask about the other 3 which may have shorter or no wait times.

I think the only way to do your booking for each restaurant is through the app

 

PS - your dining selection for 6pm is meaningless until you book a restaurant for each evening.  If times not available, you may have to do this when you get on the ship
