Just want to double check, only because, to MSC web site info is confusing. (I should not have looked) Leaving out of Miami, going to the caribbean, returning to Miami. I am 99.99% sure all I need is a passport or birth certificate. However looking at the MSC web site, makes me wonder if I need ESTA or something else. Thanks

ESTA is not for US citizens.   The FAQ section of the MSC travel documents section is more useful.  There are a few countries that MSC sails round trip to from the US that require a passport so more information would be needed regarding your sailing.
