Ft. Lauderdale hotel

I haven't sailed out of Ft. Lauderdale in a long time.  I've got an HA cruise booked in Feb and looking for a decent but reasonably priced hotel.  Will be flying in late and leaving for cruise terminal early next morning.  Don't require much but would like a clean, safe hotel.  Please suggest.  thanks.

We always stay at Dania Beach Springhill suites. They have a free airport  shuttle and free breakfast. It's a short cab ride or paid hotel shuttle to the port. Right now its $165.00/ night with the AAA rate.

I like the Hyatt Place Convention 17th Street.  They don't offer the airport shuttle any longer, but they do have a shuttle to the pier....very close and convenient to stores and restaurants.

What do you define as "reasonable"? A very subjective term.
