I believe an 0830 arrival at the airport will be an issue.  Just because the ship arrives in Barcelona at 0500, don't expect to be able to self-disembark until 0730 or so.

Taxi shouldn't take more than 30 minutes (no more than 40 with heavy traffic).

you will find available taxis in front of the terminal building. Do not worry about it. There's no need to book them.

 

In my case (it was MSC), after leaving the ship it was really really really fast

 

 

Just worry about at what exact time you will be allowed to disembark

 

but I would bet you will have enough time for a full breakfast
