dazey Posted January 29 #26 Share Posted January 29 Blue Chip Club is hard to figure out regarding comp offers. I am Amethyst and my husband is Onyx and I would get offers for comp veranda all the time going back 3 or 4 years until recently. Now the offers are not as good(maybe because they do not need passengers as business is good). The strange thing is that my husband gets offers more often than I do and he honestly does not play that much. We receive postcards but when I called about a Bermuda cruise this spring they said to check often bluechipcluboffers.com. There best deal we find is when you get a card in your cabin and you book onboard. I have spoken to the Host on several cruises but I guess I do not play anywhere near enough to warrant a very positive response. Honestly I would not want to gamble anymore - happy with their offers. Sailing in May to Bermuda on a comp cruise so maybe I can book another one while onboard.

My next few complimentary cruises I will take my $500 in free chip play and not dig into my own pockets any longer.

I normally get a balcony but sometimes Aqua or aft balcony. Now i just book via the postcards. Let us know if you have any luck in using your annual cruise benefit Yes there was suppose to be a annual cruise benefit, I believe that has been removed. We just got off Reflection and I qualified for a concierge class cruise and exceeded the amethyst level. I then spoke to the host and upon return called Ble Chip. I couldn't get any confirmation of when/howlong my Amethyst status would last, and was also advised that I needed to book one of the offered cruises (which all end in July) or find another one that sails before August to use my $1500 credit. Is that normal for BCC?

The Blue Chip agent mentioned the earning period has been extended to June 30th so the cruise benefit will be awarded in July. I will believe it when I see it. Lots of conflicting information talking to various Blue Chip agents. Edited January 31 by sixpackeddie spelling

If it happens, guessing it'll be an inside room for 2, 6 nights or less, all sailing dates mid-week

Lots of conflicting information talking to various Blue Chip agents. While on the Beyond last week, I asked the casino host about how long my current amethyst status would last and how long the next earning period would be. She said that the current period was recently extended to July 31, 2024 (also posted here: https://www.celebritycruises.com/things-to-do-onboard/casino/blue-chip-club), but that this will be the final extension. She said the Blue Chip program is changing this year, but she hadn't heard any details about the changes yet.
