Casino at Sea- booked for 3 in a room, primary for CAS may cancel

Walk me through this.  We are new to Casino at sea.  Husband "won" a free cruise.  We have three booked in one "free" room.  What are we charged if he has to be a no-show, I mean very last minute. We have Alianz insurance, so that may cover his cancellation if his health isn't straightened out.  But how does Casino at sea handle this please and thanks.  Yes, I will call the booking agent through CAS, but wanted an idea beforehand.

Without the "gambler" traveling, the other 2 passengers will lose whatever discount your husband had, and that balance will have to be paid.  Happened to me when I smashed my leg a year and a half ago.  My friends went (on 2 different cruises I'd booked), but had to pay whatever was taken off the cruise fare due to my CAS discount.

The CAS member has to be in the room. Without him, the reservation is cancelled. You loose the admin fee and any room upgrade fee you paid. Grats, port fees are refundable. The promotion is considered used since the casino still has to pay for the room internally.

So it seems wise just to cancel and reschedule further out then.  Thanks for all the help!
