Where do I find OBC?

I've clicked everywhere I can think of. I cancelled a excursion I bought with OBC and want to confirm the OBC is back in my account.

My booking ---> My To Do List ---> More details. Scroll down and it should be there under OnBoard Credit.

I always go to Manage---- Booking & Order details----Your Booking-----View Invoice Details.   It will be listed at the bottom.

Maybe I'm doing it wrong, says too early to check in for jan 13, cant get anything up. I tried lol

This worked thanks. I think its correct. Still bought 2 excursions subtracted right I think.

 

One someone on my roll call said has almost all 1 stars and carnival only refunded once. She was worried to sign up for the hop on off off bus in Columbia. So I cancelled. I didnt look at the reviews, just was thinking I wanted to shop a little, no biggie.
