Drinks on Us while playing in Casino

I booked a cruise under my casino offer and received 750 OBC and DOU while playing in Casino.  Where does it show the DOU on my cruise planner?  I don't see it anywhere.  The OBC is clearly there.  Does anyone know?

It never has shown up on my planner.  If you are worried you can call Casino dept. and ask.  I always take a printout of the offer just in case - but if they put the obc on your account already, I would gather the DOU are there.  Just stop at casino desk onboard to check.

Casino comps like drinks on us aren't loaded into your booking until you actually sail. You will see Drinks On Us appear on your folio account once you are on the ship and connected to the ship's wifi - just look in your folio in the hub app.

 

I have never had an issue getting drinks on us applied when I use the rate codes and haven't heard of others having issues either. So I would not worry.

This shows up on your cabin confirmation email down at the bottom in the Guest Notes section.  Shows drink package info and OBC.

Thank you, thank you for posting this! I just checked my Dec21 sailing email and you are right! The offer info is right there at the very bottom of a big wall of text! LOL. I've always read on these forums that you had to call the casino desk to find out so I'm glad to find out you don't have to.
