Guest Registration Form Problem

My wife and i going on our first cruise with Regent  on the Grandeur next Nov

Flights are arranged  from  the uk to Miami & return by Regent  

and we are still waiting on details of who we fly with

You are encouraged to fill in the guest registration form as soon as possible 

This allows you to reserve your excursions for this cruise ( late jan for us)

However you can only get as far as 2 options on disembarkation day  to be able to complete the form neither of which apply to us

Option 1 Non RSSC flight departing disembarkation day

Option 2  Staying at a hotel or US address

Surely there should be a 3rd option a  RSSC flight departing  on disembarkation day

Which applies to us.

As it stands we cant complete the registration form as you must select either option 1 or option 2

Anyone else had this problem ?

you can fill it out when you get on the ship.  The paper form will have all the proper options.  Nothing to worry about

Yes but then I assume I can't reserve any excursions till we  get on the ship which is not ideal

As far as I am aware there is no need to complete the guest registration form in order to book excursions or dining on-line.

It can be completed closer to sailing date - must be done in order to complete on-line check in.

 

If you are still concerned ring Regent’s office in Southampton; they are very helpful.

I definitely completed my registration form after I booked excursions and dining. I agree with flossie009, the agents in the Southampton office are very helpful.

You may book excursions and dining as soon as you have a booking number, or when your booking window opens, whichever comes second.
