What is best indoor location for informal meet & greet on Jewel class ship?

We want to meet other Cruise Critic folks for cocktails the first day, perhaps at 5 PM. Sail away is at 7 PM and that might be in the middle of dinner. It will be too cold to meet outside. I'm not familiar with the Jewel class ships' layout. What bar would be best for this?

Probably Spinnaker Lounge  Deck 13 all the way forward
