Tampa Bay (St Pete etc). shuttle to Port Canaveral

I am looking at flying into Tampa and getting a rental car to the port (Canaveral).  The rental car (Costco, one way rental) is half the price of getting it at Orlando. You rent the car at the airport and drop it off near the port.  They shuttle you over to the port.

I have been on these boards for about 15 years and have never heard of a shuttle from St. Pete to PC.  As suggested above, a one-way car rental is your best bet - or wait 5-8 years for Brightline trains to run from Tampa.

And for a stop to be added near the port.

I have never seen a post regarding shuttle service from the Tampa Bay Area over to Port Canaveral. I would research local transportation companies for options. Otherwise a rental company should be a reasonable way to get over to the east coast.
