Johnny Rockets Express - Anthem - Dining Package

Trying to clarify if anyone knows from experience.

Is JR express included in the dining package on the Anthem?

The JR page on the Sailing (app) says that it's not but I remember this being included on the Oasis so you could use it for lunch with the $20 credit.

 

Can you you still use diamond drink vouchers for milkshakes?

We had the UDP on Navigator, and Johnny Rocket's Express was included.

Used a drink voucher for an "adult" milkshake at JRs in October.

I didn't get any regular shakes on Anthem, but I did get one on Liberty in September.
