My son was told by RCCL they use a company called "Cloud of Goods" for scooter rental. They use a 3 wheel scooter which is less stable. We have rented scooters before but through a different company through RCCL.

We've never had issues with the Scootaround 3 wheelers. They're pretty massive machines.

As someone with cruise friends who are wheelchair users, I've never heard of "cloud of goods" -- always Special Needs At Sea or ScootAround. 

One friend liked the Whill chair from ScootAround so much that he bought one for himself to use at home.

Around $340 for a 7 night. In Galveston they deliver it to your stateroom and you drop it off on the ship in the departure area.
