Fresh Seafood Platters

I know the Wake has 2 different size platters of fresh seafood for an extra charge from loot.  Can some of these items be switched out?

 

Any other restaurants do this?

 

Seafood good?

No switching of items; the platter are standardized.  The large is huge, but we wouldn't eat half the things on it.  Gunbae has a Waygu beef special that we tried.....the normal marinated beef is better.  Someplace (Extra Virgin, I think) had an add on of truffles on any menu item.  We did not find the upcharge items to be either necessary or worth the cost.  But YMMV.

Extra Virgin has truffles and a pork dish for an up charge. Pink Agave also has an up charge seafood item with a fish fillet, lobster, and ceviche scallops.

i don't eat mussels/oysters - i asked for shrimp/lobster only, expecting them to just take out what i didn't want, but they subbed in a ton of shrimp and extra lobster!
