Viva tendering in Villefranche?

I know that Villefranche is always a tender port.  I also have read several times that the Viva's lifeboats are not certified to be used as tender boats.  The Viva is scheduled to stop in Villefranche a number of times in 2024.  I just saw a post saying that Villefranche does not have port-bases tenders.  Wondering how this is going to work?  Can anyone who has ported in Villefranche report on how the tender process worked and who operated the tenders.  Thanks very much if you know anything about this.

Villefranche does have port based tenders which were large and frequent.
