Annual trip insurance without medical coverage?

I have 5 cruises coming up this year for our family of 4, so trip insurance seems like a good idea. 

 

I already purchased a good medical trip policy, but is there a good trip policy that doesn't include medical?

There are no trip cancellation insurance plans (annual nor per trip) without any medical coverage.

If I purchase annual trip coverage that includes lesser medical coverage than what I purchased, would that cause an issue with the two plans potentially saying the other should pay?
